Mother of the Bride…Oh What to Wear? Jovani Evenings is a great motherly choice!

Being a Mother of the Bride is going to be one of the most special days of your life. Don’t you remember your day, you felt beautiful and you know that your daughter/daughter-in-law is going to feel the exact same way. Finding a dress for your now body is not as hard as you think it is going to be. With the right measurements and these tips that are provided below, I promise it will be an enjoyable experience and you will look beautiful on the upcoming wonderful day!

Importan Rules you must know:

1.Be respectful of  the bride. Shoulder straps or sleeves are most appropriate for walking down her isle. Wraps, cap sleeves, or shaws are great choices. The bride will want you to be beautiful, yet classy and motherly.

2.Have an appropriate length gown. Knee Length, T-Length, or Long is always the best. Short mini’s are not the best silhouette to wear on this beautiful occasion.

3.Jewel tones are great colors to wear. Champagne, Navy, Purples, and softer hues are respectful and classy.

4.Don’t out shine the bride. Flashy jewelry is not a good choice. Pearls, small studs, or a bracelet are great choices for a little sparkle with a put-together look.

5. Dress for the weather. Fall-Winter, long gowns with deeper tones are great. Spring-Summer, knee or T-length silhouettes with lighter pastel hues are perfect.

Fall/Winter Wedding

Jovani 158508 is a beautiful rich purple tone with a one shoulder sleeve detailed with small fabric roses. The dress has a swing style skirt and a drop waist bodice. This dress has the elegant yet trendy style which is a great compromise.

Spring/Summer Wedding
